When click on “Receiving” form you will note that as you open the form windows, All buttons, text fields and grid is disabled, only two buttons are enabled, fist button named “New” and second one named “Cancel”. It’s mean only these options are available now. If you press cancel, form will be close, and if you press “New” all available options are enabled now, only new button become disable now. =====➤ Now cursor will goes to the date field, if the date is not same in which you want to do work then change it as desire date otherwise press enter now pointer will goes to grid first column. =====➤ This column name is “Code”, its mean here you have to enter the product code, if you remember good then its ok, otherwise press enter; now cursor goes to second column of the grid named “Product”. =====➤ From Product column you can choose in all available products by using down arrow key. After selecting the desire product press enter. =====➤ Notice one thing as you press enter after choosing the desire product, the text field above the grid area named “Current Stock” start showing some number, which indicates that the product you choose already have “showed figure” number of stock in hand. By this functionality business manager will know now the product which I am taking receiving already have stock which is showing in above button named “Current Stock”. =====➤ Now the cursor is in the column named “Quantity”. Here you have to enter the no of items of the product which you already have chosen. After putting quantity press enter to confirm. =====➤ Here you will notice that after pressing enter cursor do not go in the next columns named “Unit Price” and “Amount” respectively. The reason is, these both columns are locked for avoiding unwanted change, because the price of that particular product is already setup from the product table, so there is no need of change of this thing here. The next column will multiply the number of items with the price and give result. It is automatic; means I have put some formulas behind it. So there is no need to change these formulas here also. That the reason why cursor does not goes in these column and move to next line. =====➤ When you finish the entries of the desire product which you want to enter, now you have to press “Esc” Button for coming out from the grid. As you press “Esc” button, control will move to the total amount button, press that which you want to, then press enter and save the form and exit.

=====➤ As the name described that Product Order and Receiving Report shows all detail about the Stock ordered and against that what you received. =====➤ After the heading of the report on the left side two dates are there, on top “From Date” and down of that “To Date” which clearly shows that this particular report is showing record between these two dates only, which you can choose before opening this report. From the date which you want to show record or entries till to date. =====➤ On the right side of the report “Page number” shows that how many number of pages this report consist, down of that there is “Print Date” which clear described that this is the date while the business manager print this report. =====➤ After this you will see there is “Date with Gray Background” and it is repeating many time in the report which shows that this report is showing records “Date Wise”. Means in a particular date all transactions are under the head of that date. =====➤ Next there is a column with a green background, which shows the order quantity, with the value, which is calculated according to price rate mentioned before this column. =====➤ Similarly next is a column with a red background, which shows the received quantity, with the value, which is calculated according to price rate mentioned in first column. =====➤ In last there is a column with a gray background, which shows the net quantity, with the value, which is calculated according to price rate mentioned in first column. Which clearly indicate that a product business manager ordered, all is received or still in pending status? Sometime business manager order a product but that product is not available in the factory or complete order quantity is not available because of any reason, because of that company send partial quantity or zero quantity and in some cases company send substitute product, which is not ordered. Company sends that substitute product for forced sale or as new launch. In this case the value deposits for the product 1 will be used in paying new product. Difference in value in this column shows that company still have to send this amount stock to the franchise.

From this list box you have to choose the “RSO”. =====➤ As you press enter. “RSO” list box along with two more text boxes named “Area In” which shows the name of the city and road names and are interrelated with the name of RSO, means as you change RSO name area change in the respective field, become disable mean once you select RSO now it cannot be change for this form. If you want to change you have close this form and open another form. =====➤ Now pointer will goes to grid first column. This column name is “Code”, its mean here you have to enter the product code, if you remember good then its ok, otherwise press enter; now cursor goes to second column of the grid named “Product”. =====➤ From Product column you can choose in all available products by using down arrow key. In this list box only those “RSO” names are available to whom goods are issued in the selected date. Now choose one of them from who you want to take goods return. =====➤ As you press enter. The goods issued to selected “RSO” in selected date will be displayed in grid view. All Columns are in disable state only two columns are in enabled, named “Sale” and “Return”. =====➤ First three column with gray background color are about products which are issued, the next column is with green background color shows opening stock means before selected date selected RSO have this stock in hand, the next column with red background color shows that the figure in this column issued to the selected RSO in selected date. =====➤ Now you have to fill column named “Sale” and “Return”, means put the number of items sale in the “Sale” column and put the number of items return in the “Return” column in selected date. =====➤ After completing all the entries press “Esc” button and control will move to the button named “Save & Exit”, press enter and save the form and exit.

For this purpose you have to fill the “Daily Sales Report From”. =====➤ As you open the form windows, you will notice that All buttons, text fields and grid are disabled, only two buttons are enabled, fist button named “Return” and second one named “Cancel”. It’s mean only these options are available now. If you press cancel, form will be close, and if you press “Return” all available options are enabled now, only return button become disable now. =====➤ Now cursor will goes to the date field, if the date is not same in which you want to do work then change it as desire date otherwise press enter to process to next button. =====➤ Next button named “RSO”. Choose appropriate person for whom you want make DSR. After selecting RSO press enter, you will be noticed that button “No of Trips”, “Area” and “Rout” will display appropriate figure which are inter related with RSO name, and the most important thing is the button “Payable” will also show a figure with red color and blue background color, which means that the selected RSO on Selected Date have to pay this amount either in form of cash, Bank Cheque or Bank deposit. =====➤ Now control goes to a text field named “Deposit to Manager”. In this text field you have to put amount of cash which selected RSO handed over to the business manager or franchisee. After this there is text field name “Cheque Amt” in the text field you have to put amount of Cheque which that selected RSO handed over at franchise. If he deposit amount In bank then tick mark the next check box and choose that bank from the list box, then Branch address and in the last text field named “Slip Amount” fill the figure which selected RSO deposited in bank. =====➤ After completing all the entries press “Esc” button and control will move to the button named “Save & Exit”, press enter and save the form and exit.
Knee Long Jacket
=====➤ As the name of report described that “Daily Sales Report” shows all detail about the “Daily Sales Report Form” and also all detail about “Goods Return Form”. =====➤ After the heading of the report on the left side date is there, on which all the data of Daily Sales Report is extracted, then in the center of report name of the RSO is mention along with his Area and Rout.
=====➤ Next there is first column with the name of “Product Name” shows all product in the report, after that there is column “Price” which is unit price of the product. After this there is column “Issue” which show all items which is issued to the selected RSO, after that there is column “Sale” which shows how many unit that RSO sale in that day. after that there is column “Return” which is items return to the franchisee or business manager. After that there is column “Pending” which means that these items are still with the RSO custody. And he is payable for these items. After that there is column “Balance” which shows the remaining of all that. In the end there is column “Total” which is the value of Saled item multiply be the unit price of the product. =====➤ In the last portion of the report there is cash deposit detail, in different forms either in cash, as Cheque, or bank deposit. Last figure is the “Net Difference” which show what left behind after all that.
Ordering Products
=====➤ “Daily Distribution Report” is very important and detail report and it shows all detail about the Daily Sales of franchise as well as of all the RSO product wise. =====➤ On the left side “Date” is there, on which all the data of Daily Distribution Report is extracted, then in the center Report name and on left side “Print Date” The Date at the time of printing this report is there. =====➤ This report is complex kind of report, mainly divided in two main parts. First part is showing Product Sale (Card-100,250,500, E-Load, Sims)“RSOs” wise and in the second portion all these products sale at Franchise.
