• This Software “LPS Software System” is for Leads Public School (Urdu: لیڈز پبلک سکول)”, Bilal Town, Jhelum. Leads Public School is an independent schools, non-governmental, privately funded, or non-state schools, are not administered by local, state or national governments. Leads Public School retain the right to select their students and are funded in whole or in part by charging their students for tuition, rather than relying on mandatory taxation through public (government) funding; at some private schools students may be able to get a scholarship, lowering this tuition fee, dependent on a student's talents or abilities (e.g. sport scholarship, art scholarship, academic scholarship), need for financial aid, or tax credit scholarships that might be available.

Re-distribution of this application is highly prohibited.

If application software is required to be run on multiple setups or branches, new Copy should be bought for each setup or branch, or multiuser software or interconnected web based application should be used in place of Stand alone single pc software.

Purpose of Being Made
=====➤ The main purpose of the software for Leads Public School is to keep record of each and every student safe, secure, efficiently manipulated and in digitalizes form. Like attendance of every class should be recorded digitally, which give full information of attended and absent situation of all students. Similarly the record of fee submission, Give full detail of all students who submit their fee or not.
Student Form
=====➤ As the title “Student Form” of the form shows that this form is about the data of the student. =====➤ Form have two main parts first part is about the student’s “Personal Data” and the second half about the student’s “School Data”. =====➤ In personal data only personal information of the student is there like, his father’s name, home address, religion, guardian contact no. =====➤ In School data school needed information of the student is there like, Roll no, class, registration no, admission date etc.
Attendance Form
=====➤ “Daily Attendance Form” is used for recording attendance of the students. =====➤ As you open the form control goes to the date text field, select date as you desire, after choosing date press enter, control goes to next text field named “Class” from here choose class of the student. =====➤ Form here control goes to a button named “Generate Attendance” press it for generating attendance. Now grid is displayed on the form with all columns named; “DATE”, “Class”, “School_id”, “Name” respectively. Beside of all these columns there are already checked box column named “Present”, means all the students are present in the class, if someone is not present or that student is on leave then you just check “Leave” check box in front of the name of that student. =====➤ When you satisfied from all entries then press save button for saving the attendance form.
Fee Ledger
=====➤ As the title “Fee Ledger” of the form shows that this form is about recording the fee submission data of all the students of a particular class. =====➤ As you open the form control goes to the list box named “Fee Ledger for the month of” From here you have to choose the month for which you are keeping the record. =====➤ After selecting the month control goes to the next list box named “Class”. From here choose class. =====➤ After selecting class when you press enter cursor goes to the column of the grid named “Fee Received”. In this column you have to put the date. =====➤ After putting all desire data press “Save” button for saving the form.
Sale & Purchase Report
=====➤ “Sale & Purchase Stock Report” name of the report describe its self that about what the report is. This report show stock position of the products. How many no of goods are there at the time of selected date that is called “Opening”, and how many no of goods purchase between selected dates, how many no of items sale between selected dates, till the last date between selected dates what is the balance of goods. =====➤ After the heading of the report on the left side two dates are there, on top “From Date” and down of that “To Date” which clearly shows that this particular report is showing record between these two dates only, which you can choose before opening this report. From the date which you want to show record or entries till to date. =====➤ On the right side of the report “Page number” shows that how many number of pages this report consist, down of that there is “Print Date” which clear described that this is the date while the business manager print this report. =====➤ After this there is label called “Code” which shows product code, then label “Product name”. after that “Opening”. Means how many no of goods are present there at ware house or store at the time of selected date that is called “Opening”, after this there is “Purchase”, how many no of goods purchase between selected dates, similarly there is “Sale” how many no of items sale between selected dates. Similarly “Return” and then “Damage”, and in the end there is “Balance”. =====➤ Last row of the report is the “Sum” of all columns. It also count number of items then the sum of quantity.
