• This Software is “Members Management Systems” for PTI District Office Jhelum.
• Office owned by a leader of a famous political party PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (Urdu: پاکستان تحريک انصاف) MPA (Member of Provincial Assembly) Candidate in Jhelum, named “Usman-nr-Rahman Chohan (Urdu: عثمان الرحمٰن چوہان)”. PTI District Office situated at civil line road, Jhelum.
• Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf is a centrist political party in Pakistan founded in 1996 by former Pakistani cricket team captain and 1992 cricket world cup winner “Imran Khan”. PTI claims to be the only non-family party of mainstream Pakistani politics. With over 10 million members in Pakistan and abroad, it claims to be Pakistan's largest party by membership.
• For the preparation of “Pakistani General Election 2013”, PTI District Office Jhelum in the most busiest place in Jhelum city for political activities. Huge no of people visit district office Jhelum each and every day for becoming members of PTI from all over the district union counsels. PTI District Office was the places where all party leaders form other cities come for meeting with new candidates of union counsels of the districts.

• Mr. Usman Chohan Purchased this software that’s the reason why he own all Rights of using this software, although legitimately he is not allowed to make copies and to distribute this software to any other individual or any other organization. Re-distribution of this application is highly prohibited.
• The given application software is for one setup only. If application software is required to be run on multiple setups or branches, new Copy should be bought for each setup or branch, or multiuser software or interconnected web based application should be used in place of Stand alone single pc software.
• We are not responsible for Data Entering in this application, regarding customers data or products data.
• We cannot provide Guarantee of your hardware and software lost. In case of hardware failure (short-circuit, electrical device damage) or software failure (windows, anti virus etc.) or any other misshapen regarding your data lost. Purpose of Being Made
=====➤ This software is used for keeping complete record of old or recently joined members of PTI in Jhelum district. =====➤ Generate automated member ship number which is printed on PTI membership card. This membership no is unique for every member and hold all data regarding the member’s UC(Union counsel), Member Proper Placement information means where member, in which category or party wing he /she should be placed. For example; Either in Central Tarbiyati Council (CTC) or in Insaf Student Federation (ISF) or in Women's Wing (WW) or in Insaf Research Wing (IRW) or in Insaf Youth Wing (IYW). =====➤ Keep full record of member’s Name, Address, union counsel no, union counsel name, pp no, District name, members CNIC, Referral NIC, joining date, gender, and contact no. =====➤ Member is physically fit or should place in (PWD) persons with disabilities category. PTI the first political party in Pakistan to announce a comprehensive policy for persons with disabilities (PWD). In its vision PTI would like to ensure the rights of disabled people and they be provided with enough opportunities to play their vital role in society.
All Members List
=====➤ As the name of form “All Members List” describe that this form shows all detail about the members data. On the top of all there is form heading under that there is search box list named “Search In” it contain all the field heading names. As in shown in picture that first column heading is “Membership-no”. Second is "NIC No". Third is "Full Name" and so on. =====➤ After that there is text field named “Looking For” then button named “Find”. Its shows that if you want to search something first choose column in which you want to search from “Search In” box list, then type something which you want to search in “Look for” text field, then press find. You will get result if it is available in data. =====➤ Next there is “Clear” Button, on pressing of that clear the look for text field. =====➤ In the end there is a button named “Print”. Use to print the result of the data table. =====➤ On right side after the print button there is a message in red color says that “For Sorting, Press column name with /or without ctrl button.” Means that if you want to sort any column by alphabetically A to Z or vice versa, then press column name. e.g: if you want to see youngest person in the data table press the column heading “Age”. It will sort the data of table as per age as shown in picture "19" on the top. If you press column heading again with pressing ctrl button the last figure that is "81" will be on top of all.
Way of Editing Record
=====➤ This is the editing way of records of the member list table. If you want to edit any record just go to that record and double click on that then this kind of windows will be pop up with the data in their respective text field.(As shown in the picture) Change that data in the text filed which you want to correct.Then press ok for saving that change which you just make otherwise press cancel and come out from the editing form. =====➤ One thing you will be noticed that there are few text fields with light blue background. These text fields shows that they are locked or disabled and you cannot change their records. On top of all on right side first one named “UC Name” then “PP No” then “Tehsil” and “District”. All these mentioned fields are attached with the “UC No” third last on left side column. As you choose or enter "UC No" the above mentioned fields show the respective data which will be entered from backend or from the "Setup UC Form". If it is not correct then you have to go to “Setup UC Form" and correct the mistake and then come to this form for checking you will find it is corrected automatically.
Enter New, Delete unwanted
=====➤ As the name of heading “Enter New, Delete Unwanted” describe that this form shows all detail about the new members adding and deleting unwanted records. =====➤ This is the second way of editing records of the table by clicking right click, first go to that particular record then do right click, in this way you can do editing in that record. =====➤ Right click is way of adding new records as well as deleting unwanted records, anywhere on the screen of “All Members List” Table just do right click and this pop up will come up as shown in the picture, the first option shown is the “New Customer” as you click on that a blank form will appear on the screen. Fill that form and press ok button, new record will be added in the table. Similarly if you want to delete any record in the table, Just go to that record and click on that you will noticed that all row containing that record will get blue background which is the clear indication of selecting that record, now press “Delete” from the popup, As you press delete a conformation message will pop up again state “Are you sure to delete this Record” with two button “Yes” and “No”. If you press “Yes” the record will be deleted permanently. As a confirmation, on bottom of the “All Members List” at left down corner there is total no of records are showing. Check it you will notice that after deleting record 1 number is decreased.
Replace Functionality
=====➤ “Replace" Functionality in the “All Members List” is used to replace all UC “Union Counsels” according to their respective address all at once. =====➤ Some time there are huge multiple mistakes in Data. For example there is an address named “Address 1” and it falls into an area of UC “Union Counsels” no:5, but by mistake some time in data is falls in UC: 2, some where it falls in UC:4 and some where it comes under UC:3. And it’s great headache for data manipulator to handel such kind of situation. Actually the correct one is UC: 5, all other than this are wrong or mistakes. =====➤ Software give easy solution for all above mention mistakes by using replace button. =====➤ As you press button “Replace” a pop up message will appear on screen stated “Please select the address of which UC you want to change” and this message is clearly explaining what software Functionality asking for doing. As you press ok a big list box will appear on screen and it contain all the address of all the table in sorted form means all address of same kind are placed together. For example all “Address 1” “Address 4” “Address 9” all are together on same place, now from here choose which address you want to correct or want to allocate a correct “UC” . After choosing the address choose appropriate UC, then press ok. A confirmation message will appear on screen asking you for confirmation stated “All you sure to change all UC of Selected Address” Press “yes”. And all changes are done.
UC's Setup
=====➤ As the title of the form “UC’s Setup” shows that this is the place where you can setup all the UCs (Union Counsels) according to their respective “Tehsils”, “PPs” and “Districts”. =====➤ As you open this form, the first thing which you will notice that, All text fields are disabled, and all buttons are enabled. This is form “Default State”. =====➤The first button form left side named “Top” which means that by press this button you can navigate up to top most record, which is normally the 1st one. =====➤ After this there is button named “Next” as its name shows it perform as. By pressing this button you can navigate amongst records one step by one step ahead. For example by press once you will reach to 2nd record, then by pressing again you will reach on 3rd record and so on. Suppose by press this button again and again, you reach on last record and still you press button “Next”. A message will pop up, state that “This is the Last Record, Nothing more here…”. Means no need of pressing button "Next" any more. =====➤ Beside this button there is another button named “Previous” as its name shows it perform as also. Means by pressing this button you can navigate amongst records one step by one step backward. For instance if you are at record no 10, by press once you will reach to 9th record, then by pressing again you will reach on 8th record and so on. Suppose by press this button again and again, you reach on first record and still you press button “Previous”. A message will pop up, state that “Top Most Record Reached, Can’t go beyond…”. =====➤ After this there is button named “Bottom” as its name shows it perform as. Which means that by press this button you can navigate up to Last most record in the table. =====➤ On next line the first button named “New”. As its name shows this button is used to add new records. As you press this button you will noticed that all the text fields become enabled, and all the buttons become disabled. The “New” button converts into “Save” and “Edit” button converts into “Cancel” and both these buttons are in enable state. Except one button which is “Exit” (last one on third row), all other buttons are disable now. It’s means that only enabled button options are available now. If you press exit, form will be close, and if you press “Cancel” process of entering new record will be canceled, all text fields become disable again, and all buttons become enables again. “Save” convert back into “New” and “Cancel” convert back into “Edit” and form come back into default state. Similarly if you press save button the data entered into the text fields become the last record and saved and form come into its “Default State”. =====➤ Next button is “Delete”. As its name shows it perform as. If you press this button a message with a confirmation will pop up on screen state that “Are you sure to delete this Record”. If you press “Yes” record will be deleted permanently and if you press “No” form will goes to its “Default State”. =====➤ First button on third row named “View All”. This is the link to a report which shows all record data at one place. =====➤ Next button is “Go”. This button is used to reach directly to a particular record. For instance you have a total 300 no of records in a table. And if you want to reach at record no 253 by pressing next button it’s a big headache. And if you press “Bottom” it will brings you on last record. At this kind of situation button “Go” is used. As you press this button a small box will appear on screen with a text field here you have to put the figure on which record you want to go, in above case 253, after puting figure in text field press enter and you will reach on 253. Suppose you put some figure which is out of scope. For example you put figure 500. Then the message will pop up on screen state that please “Put figure within range that is 1 – 300” (in above case).
